with long-term employees who share an exceptional pride and passion
in both our products and our service to you.
All employees are hands on and are integral parts of the complete
Littlehampton Bricks process, from the sales team who help you
choose your bricks and pavers, the factory team who manufacture
the bricks and pavers, the people who hand sort your bricks to
ensure our high level of quality control is maintained, to the
delivery people who bring the brick and pavers to your site; everyone
is working together to bring you the best quality product for
your home.

HEATHER
TUTTY- General Manager (R)
Heather is the General Manager and has been working with the company
for over eight years.
Regularly she will call you when we are looking for our pallets
and if you’re a tad late with your
payment. Known for her out of tune singing around the yard!
KAREN FOSTER - Sales and Accounts (L) Karen
is the keeper of the purse strings! As a long standing staff member
at the brickyard Karen has a wealth of knowledge to give us about
how things were and where some things may be. Firebricks are her
specialty. Watch out for that wicked sense of humour.

MARK
BODING - Retail and Trade Sales
Mark has been working with us for over 26 years, and during that
time he has worked in every area of the business.
Mark has a wealth of knowledge on bricks and pavers from the manufacturing
process, brick sorting, and batch composition. Because of the knowledge
and experience that he has he will work with you on your match up
if your are renovating or patching a hole in your wall. |

NEIL
HARNETT - Dispatch and Delivery
Neil is in
charge of Dispatch and Delivery.
Neil and his
family are newly arrived from England and love the Adelaide Hills.
Neil joined
the team in September 2009. Since that time Neil has worked hard
to become a valuable part of our team. He is proficient with all
of our products and ensures that your delivery will be as you
require and will work with you to ensure that you are completely
satisfied.

WAYNE
HUNTER - Trade Sales Manager
Wayne's main focus is ensuring that the trade is given all solutions
that they require for new builds and renovations. He is great
at take offs and is a reliable source of information in our Old
Red Sandstock and glazed range including our many different shapes
that match.
Because Wayne
is on the road he looks after our FREE match up service and will
do all possible to have a look at your existing brick or paver
within 24 hours.

DARREN
SLADE ( Digger) - Delivery
He's the bloke that delivers your order. Helpful he is and grumpy
he can get if we give him the wrong address or phone number !!!!!
Deliveries are broken down into four loads. We deliver to town
in the morning to give us better access and leave the hills runs
to the afternoon.
Darren is an early bird so as long as the neighbours don't mind
he will start at day break. Site shifts are easy to arrange, just
call Darren on 0407

CAMPBELL
MATTHEWSON
Meet the man
who built our new setter machine and changed it over while we
were manufacturing.
Campbell has been working for Littlehampton Brick Co for almost
20 years and up until a year ago was our factory manager. He built
and supervised the change over of our setter machinery over 8
years ago and did a fantastic job. He knows our manufacturing
process inside and out.
His drawings and photos of the rebuild will be on display in “Old
Kiln No 4” when we open to the public later in 2007. He
has a great ear for the machinery and can tell when something
is not quite right. Campbell is now our project manager for our
building arm. Good on Campbell a great job well done!

PAUL
CAVUOT
- Yard Supervisor
Paul is our yard supervisor.
Our bricks and pavers are hand sorted to ensure that we have the
best possible colour match. Imagine if one of your packs or bricks
or pavers had different shades throughout.
Paul has been working with us for over three years. His job is
all labour intensive and we can depend on him to ensure that your
order is first class.

ADAM
POSSINGHAM - Factory Manager
Adam is our
Factory Manager and is responsible for the fantastic product that
we have available.
He is new
to the area and is easy to work with and very obliging with all
of our small jobs. |

KEVIN
O’MALLEY
Kev is our
loader drive extraordinaire!
He’s
responsible for ensuring the clay is pushed into the shed and
that the mix is correct for the product that we make.
He is a dapper
hand and creative with maintenance.
His sunny
happy nature makes us all laugh. |

SINGH

Avtar &
Damanjit are two of our newest members of the team.
They are responsible
to ensure that the bricks and pavers are sorted according to their
colour match.
They both
work hard and are very professional. |

Graham works
in the manufacturing process and assisting with the setting machine. |
